| 摘 要： | 从契约的视角研究乳品产业的利益分配问题，分析奶农与乳品加工企业间的契约关系和改善契约完备性的途径，并提出发展新型合作组织、鼓励企业收购小规模养殖场、推广第三方监测制度是当前协调中国乳品产业利益分配关系的可行对策。
