| 摘 要： | 人们说《判断力批判》充满“二律背反”,人们又说康德时常自相矛盾。也许他们是对的,也许他们只是误读了康德:如果他们以为自由美可以发见于尘世,如果他们认为“美的理想”等于“美之大者”,如果他们以为康德美学的核心是“美在形式”。

| Abstract: | People often say Kant contradicts himself in his book (Critique of Judgment). Maybe,they are right,maybe they just misunderstand Kant: if they think we can find pure beauty on the earth,if they think the ideal of beauty is the same as the greatest beauty,if they think beauty in form is the heart of Kant's aesthetics. |
