| Abstract: | In today's world,human resources have been becoming one of the most important strategic resources.In the prospect of competence in human resources,the universities and colleges in the North of Jiangsu Province have weakness due to their location in less developing area.It is the key for the development of the universities and colleges in the North of Jiangsu Province to establish a set of scientific and effective human resources system in order to attract and keep qualified personnel and set up an outstanding faculty. |
