| Abstract: | The agent right of daily household matters is a basic right derived from the spouse rights. The paper elaborates the definition, nature, exercise and restriction of the agent right of daily household matters as well as the civil liability of abusing the agent right of daily household matters. The paper also gives some legislative advice relevant to the agent right of daily household matters. |
