| 摘 要： | 随着教育信息化的深入发展,中小学的教学环境得到了极大的改善。如何适应信息化环境下的教学工作,已成为中小学教师专业发展的重要内涵。教师传统的知识领域是要具备学科专业知识和相关的教育学、心理学知识。随着科学技术的进步,尤其是信息技术的发展,有关技术的知识和技能已成为新时期教师知识的重要组成部分,并由此形成21世纪教师的专业能力。

| Abstract: | With the further development of educational informatization,primary and secondary schools＇ teaching and learning environment has been greatly improved.How to adapt to the modern teaching environment has become one of the most important questions on school teacher＇s professional development.In the past time,teacher＇s traditional knowledge domains only include subject matter knowledge,general pedagogical knowledge and some psychology knowledge.With the development of science and technology,especially the development of information technology,technology knowledge and skills have become important parts of teacher＇s knowledge in the new stage,which forms the teacher＇s professional capacity in the 21st century. |
