| 摘 要： | 发展教育,教师为本。高师学生肩负着教育下一代的重任,对他们加强思想政治教育是十分必要的。针对高师思想政治工作面临的新问题和当代大学生的心理特点,运用恰当的教育方法,实施有效的情感激励,从而达到培养他们高尚的师德意识和良好的职业道德的目的。

| Abstract: | In developi ng education,teacher is the key.The students in teachers college shoulder the miss ion to edu-cate the following generation.It is necessary to enforce their ideolo gical education.In accordance with the new problems in ideological education an d college students' psychological features,proper education methods can be taken to implement effective emotional encouragement so as to fulfil the target of cultivating their noble consciousness of being a teacher and good professional m orals. |
