| 摘 要： | 从军队期刊报道内容的敏感性和特殊性出发,认为用开放办刊的理念提升期刊学术水平和质量的同时,期刊的保密审查与约束异常重要,编辑出版过程各个工序和结点的保密约束对堵塞期刊编辑出版中的保密漏洞及消除保密隐患也至关重要。结合学科专业特点制订的保密审查细则,在编辑实践中得到了较好的印证。
