| 摘 要： | 运用"我国地方政府门户网站G2B服务能力评价指标体系”对具有相似可比度的天津滨海新区和上海浦东新区各政府门户网站的G2B服务能力进行评价和比较分析，考察滨海新区政府网站G2B功能建设存在的不足，并提出一系列相关的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The paper applies“the Evaluation Index System for the G2B e-government of Local Government Portals” which is developed by the program group to evaluate and compare all of the government portals of Tianjin Binhai new area and Shanghai Pudong new area, and analyzes the problems of the government portals of Tianjin Binhai new area, and puts forward a few pieces of relative suggestion at the end of the paper. |
