溴代乙酰乙酸乙酯电喷雾电离质谱研究

摘    要:以乙酰乙酸乙酯和液溴为原料,在不同条件下合成了4-溴乙酰乙酸乙酯和2-溴乙酰乙酸乙酯;通过电喷雾电离串联质谱仪(ESI-MS)检测结果发现:4-溴乙酰乙酸乙酯与2-溴乙酰乙酸乙酯的质谱裂解途径差异明显,首次阐述了它们的质谱裂解机理.该结果对于鉴别2和4位溴代乙酰乙酸乙酯具有重要的参考价值.

Abstract:Ethyl 4-bromoacetoaeetate and ethyl bromoaeetoacetate are synthesized by ethyl aeetoacetate with Br2 under different conditions in this paper. The products are then characterized by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry(ESI- MS). Fragmentation pathways of ethyl 4-bromoaeetoacetate is different from that of ethyl 2- bromoaeetoacetate, which is proposed for the first time and provides useful information for the study of an appraisal of 2- and 4- bromo ethyl acetoacetate.
