| 摘 要： | 百舸争流，时不待我，发展是广西的第一要务。广西精神是广西在漫长的发展历程中逐步积累、丰富和发展的文化内核，是承前启后、继往开来的价值追求，是各族人民内在品质的集中体现，是八桂壮乡群众最宝贵的精神财富。弘扬广西精神是推动广西经济社会跨越式发展的根本保证：弘扬和践行广西精神是新时期解放思想在广西的生动再现；广西精神是广西发展进步的结晶，是推动广西经济社会跨越式发展的思想保证和精神动力，是广西实施富民强桂的重要指导思想；弘扬和践行广西精神是广西抓住新一轮发展机遇的必然要求。

| Abstract: | Time and tide wait for no man, and the development is Guangxi＇s top priority. As the pursuit of value, Guangxi spirit is the cultural core gradually accumulated, enriched and developed in the long course of development. It is the concentrated expression of the inherent quality of the peoples of Guangxi, as well as the most precious spiritual wealth of the peoples. Carrying forward Guangxi spirit is the fundamental guaran- tee of promoting the leapfrog development of Guangxi＇s economy and society; carrying forward and practising Guangxi spirit vividly reflects Guangxi＇s emancipating the mind in the new era; as the crystallization of the progress and development of Guangxi, Guangxi spirit is the ideological guarantee and spiritual power of pro- moting the leapfrog development of Guangxi＇s economy and society, as well as the important guiding ideology of making people wealthy and building strong Guangxi; carrying forward and practising Guangxi spirit is the necessary requirement for Guangxi＇s catching the new opportunity of development. |
