| 摘 要： | 本文从二战后，国内外社会福利多元化提供的趋势和市场经济条件下人们对公共产品的界定和选择两个角度，对我国体育事业产业化运作中政府的职能、不同主体产业化运作方式的区别、第三部门的发展等问题进行了理论上的探讨。
