| 摘 要： | 近年来,“NEET”问题逐渐成为日本日益严重的社会问题。该问题之所以产生,年轻劳动者的就业竞争力相对薄弱等客观因素不可忽视,同时也有就业积极性低等主观因素的影响。而日本政府的对策具有一定的局限性,“NEET”问题的解决需要日本社会各界的共同努力。

| Abstract: | The Japanese government has been faced with a difficult social problem called NEET in recent years.The number of young people increased rapidly,who would rather keep unemployed than get a job because of incapacity or indifference.In spite of all the relief work of the government,the NEET problem would not be solved completely without the mutual efforts by the communities from various fields. |
