| 摘 要： | 在珠三角企业自有技术研发能力不足的情况下，从国外引进适宜技术还是必要的。日本引进技术再创新的经验值得珠三角企业借鉴，加强国外适宜技术的引进有助于提升珠三角企业现有技术水平，在一定条件下还可以通过再创新带动自主创新能力的提高。

| Abstract: | It is necessary for Pearl River Delta enterprises to introduce appropriate foreign technology while they lack capabilities of independent innovation. Pearl River Delta enterprises should learn from Japanese technology introduction. It will help to upgrade the technology of Pearl River Delta enterprises while they enhance appropriate foreign technology introduction, and to improve their capabilities of independent innovation through re-innovation. |
