| 摘 要： | 本研究以足球选项班的大学生作为研究对象,运用作者设计的12min足球运球绕杆射门的距离,作为监测大学生心肺功能的指标,并以研究对象12min跑的成绩作为效标,采用积差相关法进行效标有效性估价,研究结果表明两指标之间相关程度密切,能有效地监测大学生的心肺功能.调查表明采用12min足球运球绕杆射门作为心肺功能的监测指标,比采用3 000m跑与12min跑更易于被大学生接受.

| Abstract: | The subjects of this study are college students majored in football. The distance of the twelve minute dribbling, passing and shooting, which is designed by the author, is used as the parameter to inspect the cardiac function of college students. Product-moment Correlation >is adopted to measure the efficiency of the criterion, which is the results of twelve minute run of the subjects. The result shows that these two parameters are highly relevant to inspect the cardiac function efficiently. Also, it is supported by survey that the newly designed twelve minute dribbling, passing and shooting is more acceptable by college students, compared with 3 000-meter run and twelve minute run. |
