| 摘 要： | 本研究采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法对福建省的423名高校体育教师的工作投入现状进行调查研究。研究结果表明，福建省高校体育教师的工作投入总体状况较好；对福建省高校体育教师工作投入水平产生影响的人口统计学变量有年龄、学校类剐（P〈0．05）；不同性别、学历、教龄、职称的高校体育教师在工作投入水平上的差异不显著。
