| 摘 要： | 随着我国农业进入一个新的发展阶段，经济全球化日益增强，加入WTO在即，我国市场经济体制将与世界市场经济接轨，并融入全球化进程中。这对我国农业的发展和农业结构调整带来新的机遇和挑战，我们要牢牢抓住发展这个主题，利用一切可以利用的机会，实行新一轮的农业结构战略性调整，抢占现代农业的制高点。

| Abstract: | As our agriculture entering into a new developing stage,economic globalization is increasingly expanding.We are now nearing the entrance of WTO and our market economic system will be linked with the world market economy and merged into the process of globalization,which will surely bring opportunities and challenges to the development and structural adjustment of our agriculture.Therefore,we must grasp firmly the theme of development,take advantage of every opportunity that can be used,implement a new round of strategic adjustment of agricultural structure,and thus race to control the commanding point of modern agriculture. |
