| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着社会的转型,现代社会生活节奏的加快,社会竞争越来越激烈,人们的心理问题越来越多。随着社会问题的不断增多,如何开展中小学生的心理健康教育这一话题变得尤为突出。同时,心理健康是素质教育的重要内容,也是当前中小学教育面临的新任务和新要求。如何在中小学开展心理健康教育是当前学校教育工作者亟待解决的问题。要做好这项工作,首先要了解什么是心理健康及心理健康教育的背景、意义、目标、内容、途径等。只有建立起科学的认识观念,中小学才能有效地开展心理健康教育。

| Abstract: | With the transformation of society and acceleration of the life tempo,the social competition has become more and more intense in the past few years and there are more and more mental disorders.With the increase of the social problems,the issue of how to carry out education of mental health is also the new task and request faced today's education in elementary and secondary schools.How to launch the education of mental health is the urgent problem to solve for the school educators.To do it well,the first step is to know what the mental health is and the background,the meaning,the target,the content and the way of the education of mental health.Only by establishing scientific recognizations and correct conceptions,can the education of mental health be started effectivly in the elementary and secondary schools. |
