| 摘 要： | 港口在区域经济发展中具有重要的带动和辐射作用。作为鲁南经济带最便捷的出海口，岚山港既面临着千载难逢的发展机遇，也承担着服务鲁南开发与开放的重要责任。山东省委、省政府提出的实施“一体两翼”发展战略．是促进区域经济协调发展的重要决策部署，如何通过发挥港口优势，实现融入发展，使岚山主动融入鲁南，通过服务鲁南，并借力鲁南，实现加快发展，是需要进行综合思考并认真付诸实践的重要课题。同时，岚山的港口经济发展也将为鲁南重镇临沂的进一步发展提供重要的支持平台。
