| Abstract: | IT project portfolio management (IT PPM) is a hotspot in project management and decision support systems.This article analyses the generation of IT PPM theory,reviews the development of portfolio benefits,strategic alignment,risk,costs and interdependencies in IT PPM,and finally summarizes the evaluation trend in the future. |
