| Abstract: | Itˊs necessary for the modernization process to promote the modernization of national governance system and governing capacity in our country. And itˊs also an important issue that our country realizes deepen-reforming comprehensively. As ＂ the fifth mod-ernization＂ ,discussing ＂ the modernization of national governance system and governing capacity＂ is a hot topic in current theoretical circle. It also has significant theory meaning and realistic meaning to back the modernization process of our country and combs scholarsˊviewpoints of ＂ the fifth modernization＂ . It also needs further discussion. |
