摘    要:教师的专业发展依赖一种可持续的学习能力,而可持续学习能力的培养要靠教师学习来完成。教师专业发展所必须的可持续学习能力,可以在就职以前的专业学习中逐步培养。小学教育专业本科生的可持续学习能力的培养,应该从以下三个方面进行引导:用先进的教育教学理论引导学生。促使其形成良好的知识建、构意识;帮助学生树立“自主学习”的理念,发展其自我导向的学习能力;加强实践课程的教学,努力提高其反思性实践的能力。

Abstract:In Early Qin dynasty,The western border tribe of Qin dynasty who struggled in the cracks between Di Rong tribe and Zhou royal family were faced with the practical problems of survival and development,but the western border in Western Han river basin had unique advantages in resources,with plenty of well salt and developed agriculture.Through the multi-dimensional inspection of the Western Han river basin,we can see that the salt industry and agriculture are the cornerstone for people of Qin dynasty to survive,develop,and make the country stable as well as carry out dominance.
