| 摘 要： | 民国时期是一个承前启后的历史发展时期，各种社会因素都在向着近代化的方向发展。其中的婚姻状况就出现了近千年以来的第一次重大的变化，离婚率急剧上升。其原因主要与旧家族制度的破产，近代工商业的发展，思想的解放，教育的发展及法律制度的完善密切相关。

| Abstract: | In the days of the Republic of China, a link between the past and future in the history of China, many social factors tended to modernize. A sharp change has taken place in matrimonial affairs, that is, the divorce rate soared. This sharp rise is closely connected with the bankruptcy of clan system, the development of modern industry and commerce, the emancipation of mind, the development of education and the perfection of legal system. |
