| 摘 要： | 以文化体制改革为背景，论述我国图书馆治理理论研究的迫切性。介绍并分
析机制、元治理、治理、图书馆治理等概念，得出两个结论:机制是一种内在规律;图书
馆治理的实质是如何安排治理机制的问题。通过对我国图书馆治理的趋向及其变革过程
分析，初步概括我国图书馆治理及其机制的概念与内涵，指出国家应在文化领域发挥其
应有的元治理作用。

| Abstract: | Based on the background of the culture system reform, the paper firstly expounds the importance and urgency of the theory research on the library governance in China. Then, by introducing and explaining the concepts of mechanism, meta-governance, governance and library governance, it forms two conclusions: mechanism itself is a kind of inherent law; the essence of library governance is how to arrange the governance mechanism reasonably. Lastly, by analyzing the trend and transform process of the library governance in China, it concludes the concept and connotation of the library governance and its mechanism, and points out that the country itself should play its meta-governance role in the cultural area. |
