蜜蜂转基因技术

摘    要:简述了建立蜜蜂转基因技术体系的方法和筛选标记,以显微注射法将改造过的piggyBac、mariner等转座子转基因载体导入受精卵是蜜蜂转基因工作的最佳候选方案,精子介导法和病毒载体法也值得尝试,增强型荧光蛋白(EGFP)基因是转基因蜜蜂的最佳筛选标记,并对蜜蜂转基因技术体系在基因功能研究和生物反应器的开发等方面的应用前景进行了探讨。

Abstract:In this review, we discussed the approaches for establishing honeybee germline transformation system as well as the suitable marker for screening transgenic honeybee. Among the insect germline transformation systems ,injecting the transgenic vector based on transposon piggyback and mariner into fertilized egg by microinjection was preferred in establishing honeybee germline transformation system. Sperm and certain reverse virus mediated gene transfer were also possible for honeybee. And the EGFP marker was consider suitable for screening transgenic honeybee. We also discussed the potential usage of honeybee transformation system in investigating function of honeybee gene and developing a new type of bioreactor.
