| 摘 要： | 随着市场经济的逐步发展和网络时代的到来,高校图书馆工作迫切需要改变传统的服务模式,除了加强传统的图书管理工作,优化图书馆人力资源管理配置,还需要加强网络信息服务,提高电子图书的利用率。重视图书馆工作,提高图书馆服务效率已成为当前高校发展、提高高等教育质量亟待解决的问题。

| Abstract: | With the gradual development and market economy andthe advent of network era, the traditional service mode of college and university libraries urgently needs improving. In addition to the reinforcement of the traditional library administration and the optimization of the administrative allotment of library human resources, network information service must also be upgraded, and the rate of use in terms of electronic books increased. The highlight of library work and the improvement of library service efficiency have become a hot issue for the current development of colleges and universities and for the improvement of higher education quality. |
