| 摘 要： | 不同的社会需求使档案呈现出不同的价值形态，高等院校在办学过程中对高校档案的需求规定了它具有教育资源的基本价值形态。但是这种价值形态在实践中并没有得到全面的体现，其根本原因是体制和观念的陈旧，在改变体制和观念的基础上，全面实现高校档案价值形态是高校档案工作应尽的责任。

| Abstract: | The archives' forms of value vary with different social needs. The need for archives determines its primary form of value as educational resources, which hasn't put into full practice because of the dated system and ideas. The file clerks are responsible for putting archives' forms of value into practice based on the change of the system and ideas. |
