| 摘 要： | 针对群体性事件的高危态势，公安情报分析人员可以运用SWOT矩阵等战略情报分析方法，对群体性事件的预警和处置等问题进行情报分析，得出研判结论，提出优化策略，为领导决策提供参考依据。通过对“瓮安事件”的深入剖析，使公安情报分析人员了解如何在群体性事件中运用SWOT矩阵，从而扩展公安情报工作的思维和视野，丰富公安情报分析的方法和手段。
