| 摘 要： | 目的:比较阿奇霉素与奥复星治疗男性支原体尿道炎疗效,并观察其安全性.方法:108例非淋菌性尿道炎(NGU)男性患者,随机分为2组,阿奇霉素治疗组68例, 奥复星治疗组40例.阿奇霉素治疗组:口服阿奇霉素500mg/d,1次/d;奥复星治疗组:口服奥复星500mg/d, 3次/d.结果:随着疗程延长,总有效率明显提高:阿奇霉素治疗组从83.8%提高到94.1% ,奥复星治疗组从42.6%提高到67.5%;而且阿奇霉素治疗组的有效率明显高于奥复星治疗组(P<0.01).结论:治疗男性支原体尿道炎要有足够疗程,要首选敏感药物阿奇霉素.

| Abstract: | Objective: To compare the clinical therapeutic effect and security between Azithromycin and Ofloxacin on mycoplasma urethritis in male . Methods:One hundred and eight patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, the treatment group(68 cases) and the control group(40 cases).The treatment group took Azithromycin 500mg daily, while the control took Ofloxacin 500mg daily,.Results: The total effective rate of two groups were obviously achieved for the treatment group rose from 83.8% to 94.1%, while the control group from 42.6% to 67.5% with the prolonged theraputic period. And the total effective rate in the treatment group was markedly higher than that in the control(P<0.01).Conclusion:The prolonged period of therapy and sensitive drug adopted were the effective methods for treating non-gonococcal urethrits(NGU). |
