摘    要:随着科技创新对促进经济发展和提升国家竞争力的重要性日益凸显,如何通过大学企业合作研发促进创新并使之成为新的经济增长引擎,受到了政府和学界越来越多的重视。相应地,作为重要创新主体的大学,也在不断地探索与企业合作研发的体制机制创新。对于相关问题的研究,已有文献主要集中于对欧美发达国家的讨论,对亚洲国家的考察则相对匮乏。在邻国日本,国立大学在其国家科研体系中占据着重要地位。近年来,为适应科技的发展和世界经济的深刻变化,日本国立大学的产学合作研发体系开展了一系列新的尝试。日本国立大学产学合作研发体制机制的最新变革及其特征,可以为中国研究型大学产学合作研发体系的完善提供有益的借鉴。

Abstract:As the importance of scientific and technological innovation to national economic development grows,universities,how to promote innovation and economic growth via efficient university-industry collaboration(UIC)has received significant attention from both governments and academia.Accordingly,being one of the key actors in the innovation system,universities are continuously exploring new institutions and mechanisms to promote UIC.As most existing literature focused on Western countries,little is known from the Asian contexts.National universities in Japan have always taken a crucial role in their national innovation system and have conducted a series of reforms to promote UIC.This paper analyzes the changes that have taken place in the institutional framework and mechanisms for UIC in Japanese national universities by taking the example of Nagoya University,aiming to draw useful policy implications to the improvement of UIC in research universities of China.
