| 摘 要： | 从当代大学生思想政治教育研究的现状出发，针对当前大学生思想政治教育的现状，提出提高大学生思想政治教育工作的几点思考意见，强调“三个转变”是大学生成长、成才教育的重要内容，也是提高当前高校思想政治教育工作实效的迫切需要。势在必行。

| Abstract: | By addressing the current situation of the contemporary college students＇ideological education and that of its study, this essay puts forward some suggestions to enhance the efficiency of college ideological education. This paper emphasizes that ＂Three Changes＂ are not only important for college students＇ growth and progress but also necessary for improving the efficiency of college ideological education. |
