| 摘 要： | 体育教学的主体是学生，学生参加体育运动以个人的兴趣爱好为主导。传统的体育教学不符合学生个性发展的特点和兴趣爱好，学生为应付考试而被动学习体育技能。为此，对传统的体育教学进行改革，加入一些时尚的体育运动项目，可充分调动学生学习体育的兴趣和积极性。

| Abstract: | Students are the main part of physical education. Students take part in sports according to their own interest. Traditional physical education is not suitable for the characteristics of students＇ individual development and their interest. Students passively learn sports skills in order to pass the examination. Therefore, reforming the traditional physical education and adding some fashionable sports items can stimulate the initiative and interest of students to learn sports. |
