| Abstract: | The traditional dispute about the nature of assuring responsibility of flaw is orientated as the legal assuring and performance of obligation. It is department concept law science thinking method, which can not announce its essence. Observe from the visual angle of economics, the legal nature of bargainor's nature of assuring responsibility of flaw lies in that it is balanced to the price to reply. |
