| 摘 要： | 从成人教育视域看，学习型社区在尊重成员的学习权力，满足成员的学习需求，为成员提供日常而便捷的学习机会诸方面发挥着独特而重要的功能。然而，在其实践层面，学习型社区教育功能的发挥面l临着理论指导匮乏、资金投入不足、师资队伍薄弱、草根教育形式的制约等现实问题。因此，如何从政府、师资、理论研讨、多向平台的创建等角度构建有利于彰显教育功能的学习型社区，日益成为建设学习型社区的一项课题。

| Abstract: | From the perspective of adult education, learning community members to learn respect for authority, to meet the learning needs of residents for community members to provide daily and convenient aspects of learning opportunities to play an unique and important function. However, in its practical level, there are a lot of troubles in adult education features of learning community, such as the lack of theoretical guidance, lack of capital investment, weak teachers, grass - roots form of education and other practical constraints and so on. Therefore, it is increasingly an important issue to find out countermeasures to improve adult education function of learning- oriented community. We can consider it as follows, government, teachers, theoretical discussions, the creation of multi-angles to the platform, building a beneficial function in adult education. |
