| 摘 要： | 本文从价值网形成的背景开始,阐述从价值链到价值网的转化.借鉴诸多学者对价值网理论的定义和研究成果,对图书馆价值网的形成、概念、模型进行分析和界定.在此基础上,从竞争优势的影响因素、价值策略、价值手段、价值运作等方面,构建和探析基于价值网的图书馆竞争优势模型,试图给图书馆一些新的启示.
