身体锻炼对大学新生应对方式的影响

摘    要:采用实验研究的方法,运用中国大学生应对方式量表,对参加身体锻炼的大学新生在第1周、第6周和第12周进行调查,并对调查数据进行因素分析和重复测量的检验。结果表明:大学新生应对方式不存在性别和专业的差异;12周身体锻炼、6周中强度篮球锻炼对问题取向影响效果较好,它们能促使大学新生采用积极的应对方式;篮球运动、中强度身体锻炼、6周篮球锻炼均对回避途径的影响效果较好,它们能减少大学新生采用消极的应对方式;身体锻炼可以直接对大学新生应对方式产生影响,即减少大学新生采用消极方式应对压力。

Abstract:In this experiment, College Students Coping Styles Questionnaire was used to test the freshmen in 1st week, 6th week and 12th week after the physical exercise. The survey dates were analyzed by factor- analysis and repeated-measure test. The result shows that the coping styles of the freshmen has not differences in gender and profession; 12 weeks' physical training and 6 weeks' medium basketball training is better to problem-oriented, which can make the freshmen to take active coping styles. The basketball movement, the medium intensity physical exercise, 6 weeks' basketball exercises is effective to the freshmen's avoiding ways, which can reduce the freshmwn's negative coping styles. Physical exercise can directly affect the freshmen's coping styles, that is, it reduces the freshmen's negative coping styles to deal with the pressure.
