| Abstract: | According to the viewpoints of STIN, this paper presents the processes of digital libraries establishment and three different types of enrollment strategies. It also analyzes the construction of digital libraries based on the STIN, the interaction among elements of digital libraries, and the relationship between the nodes in an STIN which consists of digital libraries and other STINs. Eventually, the author introduces the status and function of librarians in digital libraries in the STIN model. |
