| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈、数理统计等方法，对第8届全国少数民族传统体育运动会裁判员现状进行调查与分析，结果表明：目前全国少数民族传统体育裁判员队伍建设薄弱；裁判员的业务培训机会甚少；年龄、职业结构不合理，性别比例失调。建议进一步推进各项少数民族传统体育工作，建立一套完善的少数民族传统体育裁判员培养与管理制度体系，加强少数民族传统体育应用性科研工作。

| Abstract: | Through the methods of documents, questionnaire, expert interviewer, and statistics, we analyzed the judgments situation in the 8th National Minority Traditional Sports Meeting, the results show that in recent there is shortage in the team construction of the minority judgments, less chances of their professional training, unreasonable structure of the ages and occupations, and unharmonious proportion of sex. The countermeasures are put forward as follow： to improve the minority＇s traditional sports work, to establish a perfect set of system of the judgments＇ cuhivating and management, and to strengthen the applied science work of the minority traditional sports. |
