| 摘 要： | 学术成果最基本和主要的形式之一就是论文，学术期刊是其发表的平台。学术期刊具有学术传播和学术交流的作用，并且对学术规范和学术引领具有导向作用。目前较为直接的做法是对学术成果的评价采用以刊发论文的多少、期刊的级别来论断成果好坏的模式。学术期刊在学术评价中正在发挥主导作用。这种结果导致论文数量逐年攀升，学术期刊被动地成了学术泡沫的制造者。如何处理学术期刊与学术评价的关系，采用合理、客观、可操作的评价方式是优化学术评价功能的最好方法。

| Abstract: | Thesis is the most basic and main form of academic achievement, and the academic journal is its platform of publication. Academic journal has the function of academic communication and academic exchanges, and also has the guiding effect on academic journals, academic standard and academic direction, At present, a model is adopted as the more direct standard of evaluating whether one＇s academic achievements are good or bad is that it is decided by one＇s published thesis＇ amount. The academic journal has played a leading role in the academic evaluation, which resulted that the thesis＇ amount increases year by year, and caused that the academic journals have passively become the manufacturers of academic foam. On the issue of how to deal with the relationship between academic journal and academic evaluation, the best method for optimizing the function of academic evaluation is to adopt reasonable, objective, feasible evaluation method. |
