| 摘 要： | 在临床护理工作中加强引流管的护理，可以防止引流不畅影响疗效或引起腹腔引流管口周围引流液外渗，增加病人的痛苦和护士护理量。当发生引流液外渗时要采取正确的护理措施，有效地收集外渗的引流液。文章介绍在临床护理工作中对18例腹腔引流管管口周围液体外渗的患者采用了一件式造口袋收集引流液的方法，收到了满意的效果。

| Abstract: | In clinical care,strengthening the drainage tube care can prevent poor drainage that affect the clinical efficacy and avoid drainage fluid leakage around of abdominal drainage tube,Otherwise,increase the amount of pain and the patient’s nurse. Taking proper care measures effectively collect extravasation of fluid drainage When drainage fluid extravasation occurs. 18 patients of drainage fluid extravasation use a formula Ostomy collection drainage,receive satisfactory results in our clinical care. |
