| Abstract: | The cultural future is not so prosperous for the talent training in vocational colleges, which is in urgent need to change the concept and integrate the talent training with campus culture. To bring into full play of the campus culture in talent training, efforts should be made to explore the connotation of campus culture and enrich the cultural construction of talent training. Only in this way can the goal of cultivating people by culture and the objective of talent training be achieved. |
