摘    要:美国开展信息技术教育应用的历史比较长,且很早就开始研究信息技术投入的有效性问题。章从三个不同视角即革新推广和实施的角度、影响教师应用的角度和其他相关研究分别介绍和分析了美国影响信息技术在学校教育中应用的因素,希望能对我国信息技术在中小学教育中有效应用具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:In the United States, there is a long history of using IT in education. Furthermore, researches about validity of using IT into schools started even earlier than other countries. Through reviewing the literatures, the authors would like to share with the readers some findings from researches on factors affecting the effective use of IT in schools in America. From three perspectives, they are, the Diffusion of Innovation Theory, the researches on factors affecting teachers' use and some other related studies. The authors believed this study will benefit schools where effective use of IT right now is the hot topic in China.
