| 摘 要： | 新中国要从一个半封建半残民地的农业国尽快建设成为经济发达的工业国，首要的问题就是认清国情，科学地把握历史定位，同时，还必须依据国情选择实现工业化的具体形式，将市场经济作为实现中国工业化过程的资源配置基础。

| Abstract: | In order to transform China from a semi feudal and semi colonial agricultural country to a developed industrialized one, the critical problem is to make clear of the national cnditions and put China in a right position. Moreover, it is necessary to choose a specific model of industrialization based on Chinas national conditions and make market economy as a tool in allocating resources. |
