| 摘 要： | 民族先进文化就是有中国特色的社会主义文化，就是民族的、科学的、大众的社会主义文化，建设民族先进文化的过程就是民族传统文化与时俱进的过程。坚持文化的大众性，不断增进先进文化的吸引力和感召力，进行文化创新是民族先进文化建设的内在要求和必由之路。先进文化为政治文明建设提供理论指导、强大的精神动力和广泛的智力支持，先进政治文化影响政治文明建设中政治法律制度。民族先进文化通过精神文明建设促进物质文明建设，间接推动政治文明建设。

| Abstract: | The advanced national culture is one of the Socialism with the Chinese characteristics, which is national, scientific, and popular. It is a process which tradition of our national culture keep pace with the time. In order to persist in the popularity of culture and to enhance the attraction and appeal of the advanced national culture, it is the inner requirement and necessary way in bringing forth new ideas in culture. The advanced national culture not only provide theoretical instruction, a strong motivation and intellectual support for political civilization construction, but also effect the legal system of establishing a socialist political civilization. With the help of the building spiritual civilization, advanced national culture promotes the material civilization building, and promotes political civilization construction indirectly. |
