| Abstract: | According to the reality of track and field competitions, this thesis discusses the basic methods of improving the overall qualities of track and field referees. The purpose of the study is to strengthen the qualities of track and field referees, to make their work carry out the eight principles of being more serious, fain and accurate and ensure that their jobs could be carried out healthily and smoothly. |
