| 摘 要： | 游泳运动是人们所喜爱的一项体育运动。游泳运动是在特殊的载体中进行的,初学者必须克服恐惧心理,若使初学者在最短的时间内学会游泳,并达到一定的训练效果,那么,在游泳教学中如何运用正确的教学顺序和方法显得尤为重要。文章通过实验对比的方法,对游泳初学者教学的顺序与方法进行探讨。

| Abstract: | Swimming is loved by many people. Swimming is done in a special media--water, which need beginners to overcome their worry, then we can let them master the skill in a short time and get the training goal. So the correct order of teaching content and methods are very important. The paper through the method of comparative experiment probes the content order and teaching methods of swimming. |
