| 摘 要： | 新时期的教育是培养学生人文素质的教育,同时也是加强学生团队合作的教育。文章从团队与体育、团队建设与体育教育两个部分讨论了团队建设对教育人才培养的重要性,强调了教师在学生团队建设中的重要作用,指出了体育教学中学生团队建设的途径、过程和方法。

| Abstract: | The main purpose of the education in the new period is not only to train the ability of humanistic quality of students,also the education to enhance student's team work at the same time.This article focuses on the team work and PE,team building and physical education,to discuss the importance of team building on the talents cultivation,and emphases that in students team work,teachers play a significant role,then points out the ways,methods and process of students team work in the physical education. |
