| 摘 要： | 运动员特殊的成长环境和过程形成了运动员独特的群体文化特征,运动员的权力价值观就是其中之一。一方面采用定性心理学研究方法对运动员的权力价值观进行剖析;另一方面引入文化心理学当中的"权力距离"概念来对运动员这一特殊文化群体进行分析。结果发现在高权力距离文化的特征背景下,运动员权力价值观的结构当中包括:目标一致性、尊重、教练惩罚的权力、沟通、自我选择、利益、生活方式、环境影响、亲密程度;这些因素共同构成了一个不断自我强化的、绝对服从与表面服从并行的权力价值体系。
