| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、调查法、实验法和数理统计法,对高师院校推广民族体育内容进行理论与实践研究.结果显示,民族体育在高师院校具有广泛的学生基础,同时,在高师院校推广民族体育内容,对提高教学质量和教学效果以及改变大学生身心健康都具有积极作用,为解决多年来公共体育教学内容的重复出现提供了理论与实践依据.

| Abstract: | Through documentation, investigation, experiment and statistics,the authors research into the theory and practice on common P.E teaching widely spread traditional national sports in higher teachers' institutes. The result shows that national sports has broad foundation of students, meanwhile, this activity plays positive role in improving teaching quality and teaching effect as well as students' health. It also provides basis of theory and practice for avoiding common sports teaching contents repetition. |
