| 摘 要： | 分析了在中国网络信息发展时代,高校图书馆职业道德建设的特征;指出在信息网络时代高校图书馆馆员职业道德建设从传统服务模式向现代化服务模式转变的要求;以及高校图书馆职员在高校图书馆建设的事业中应不断提升的综合素质,提出了加强高校图书馆职业道德建设的主要途径与方法.

| Abstract: | With the development of the internet information in China, the paper analyses the character of the construction of the occupation morality in the library of the college and the requirement of the transformation from the tradition to the modernization. So the librarian should improve the comprehensive character from every aspect. Also the paper tells the path to improve the construction of the occupation morality in the library of the college. |
