| 摘 要： | 近年来 ,为了促进国家信息化发展 ,我国提出社会信息化度量的指标 ,各行业部门也陆续参照提出行业信息化指标。国家出台的社会信息化度量指标共 2 0个 ,分六大类 ,即信息资源、信息网络条件、信息技术和信息利用水平、信息主体水平、国家发展信息产业的政策力度、信息产业在国民经济中的比重。可以说 ,就信息产业发展而言 ,这个指标体系是有很大参考价值的。但是应该指出 ,这个指标体系并没有涉及信息在具体领域中的使用问题 ,而仅仅着重考察信息基础设施及其投资相关指标 ,如果按照这个指标体系去指导非信息产业的行业管理工作 ,势必造成对… |

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the function and characteristics of information in management,points out that the quality and the effective utilization of information in the process of management are decisive factors to the smooth achievement of management objectives,argues that the efficient play of the role of the effectiveness of information has extremely close relationship to the organization structure of management,the implementation of information requirements in the process of management and the advanced technical measures,and clarifies that the key to the success of management operation is the improvement of information ability represented by the abilities of information collection,processing,communication and utilization. |
